Return and Refund Policy

Mini Bikes Store wants customers to shop with confidence. This Return and Refund Policy explains when products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Returns

You may return eligible new, unused, unopened, and uninstalled products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be in their original packaging with all manuals, accessories, parts, labels, and documentation included.

Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by an incorrect, defective, or damaged product.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including used products, installed parts, assembled rides, products damaged after delivery, special-order items, clearance items, electrical components, batteries, chargers, fuel-related components, opened safety gear, and items marked final sale unless required by law or unless the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, Mini Bikes Store will exchange the item at no additional cost to you when an exchange is available. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, comparable replacement, or another reasonable solution.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

If the return is the result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a refund for the eligible item and applicable shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, although refunds are often completed more quickly. This time period includes transit time for us to receive your return, inspection time, and the time required by your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If you do not receive your refund within 14 days after we confirm that your return has been approved, please contact us at sales@minibikesstore.co so we can help resolve the issue.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, contact Mini Bikes Store at sales@minibikesstore.co with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged.

Please do not send products back without return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment. Mini Bikes Store is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit due to poor packaging or carrier handling.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number, photos of the packaging, photos of the product, and a clear description of the issue.
