Mini Bikes Store is built around clear product information, fair value, and a customer-first shopping experience. We work to provide fast, reliable shipping for electric rides, powersports vehicles, protective gear, parts, batteries, chargers, and accessories.
Shipping Methods
We ship eligible orders within the United States and to select international destinations. Depending on the product, destination, size, weight, and urgency of the order, we may ship through USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, freight carriers, or other qualified shipping providers.
Small items such as helmets, goggles, parts, chargers, and accessories may ship by parcel service. Larger items such as e-bikes, scooters, go-karts, ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and mobility products may require freight or specialized delivery service.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery within the United States is generally 1 to 3 business days after processing for eligible parcel shipments. International delivery is generally estimated at 3 to 7 business days after processing for eligible destinations.
Express shipping may be available on eligible items and destinations, with delivery as fast as 24 hours after processing. Express shipping availability is not guaranteed for oversized, freight, restricted, backordered, or special-handling items.
Large freight items may require additional handling, scheduling, inspection, and transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, customs processing, holidays, product availability, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when applicable. Mini Bikes Store may offer free standard delivery on eligible orders over $250. Free delivery offers may exclude oversized freight, remote destinations, international shipments, special-handling products, replacement parts, hazardous materials, batteries, or other items identified at checkout.
Packaging
We package orders carefully to protect products in transit. Small parcel orders are shipped in secure packaging where practical. Large vehicles and freight items may arrive boxed, crated, palletized, or partially assembled depending on the product and manufacturer.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment is authorized and product availability is confirmed. Processing times may vary by product type, warehouse location, order volume, fraud review, and carrier pickup schedules.
Freight and Large Item Delivery
Some rides and large products may ship by freight carrier. Freight deliveries may require a delivery appointment, adult signature, liftgate service, or curbside delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a valid delivery address and reachable contact information.
Please inspect freight shipments before signing for delivery. If visible damage is present, note the damage with the carrier, take photos, keep all packaging, and contact Mini Bikes Store as soon as possible.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for complying with all import laws, customs requirements, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and local regulations. Some products may not be available for international shipment due to carrier restrictions, battery rules, product size, or destination laws.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify shipping for any order that cannot be lawfully or safely shipped. Some products, including batteries, electric vehicles, fuel-powered products, and oversized items, may be subject to carrier restrictions or special shipping requirements.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number, tracking number, photos if applicable, and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier and do everything reasonably possible to help resolve the matter.
